Dr Louise Liu

Dr Louise Liu graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) degree in 2008. She began her career by gaining valuable experience as a general dentist in both the public and private sectors. Dr Liu chose to pursue her interest in Periodontics and returned to The University of Melbourne to complete her clinical doctorate in this specialty.
Dr Liu has been an active member of the dental profession, serving on the Australian Dental Association Oral Health Education Committee. She has also been involved in teaching Periodontics to undergraduate dental students at The University of Melbourne.
Dr Liu is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Periodontology, Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontics and the International Team of Implantology. She regularly attends seminars and conferences to keep abreast of recent developments in the field of Periodontics and implant dentistry.
Dr Liu’s gentle approach and excellent communication skills help ensure that her patients have a full understanding of their treatment needs in a caring environment.
