Practice Team

The practice team at Kew Periodontics and Dental Implants, includes clinicians who are supported by a fully qualified and experienced team of dental assistants and treatment coordinators. Our dedicated staff will always ensure that you receive the highest level of care.

Our professional and caring dental assistants are focused on making sure that you are comfortable and at ease during your appointments. Namiko, Sunny, Sabine and Shelley provide assistance to our Periodontists and Dental Hygienists and also perform the important task of carrying out infection control procedures.

Our friendly, professional and well-organised practice manager James Reimers, practice co-ordinator Allison Parker and receptionist Daniela Tasker will assist you with your appointments and ensure that your visit to Kew Periodontics and Dental Implants is a pleasant experience. Allison is also a fully qualified Dental Assistant with many years of experience and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding your treatment.

James Reimers

BBus, DipFP

James spent over 20 years in financial services, predominantly as a Financial Planner. This followed his completion of a Bachelor of Business at Monash University.

During his career, he also completed a Diploma in Financial Planning and various accreditations, including that of Certified Financial Planner® with the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

James joined the practice with Dr Allison Dean and has assisted for many years with the back-office functions of the practice. Having thoroughly enjoyed his role at the practice, James decided to join on a full-time basis as Practice Manager in 2021.

James helps ensure the smooth running of the practice and is passionate about enhancing the overall patient experience.

Allison Parker

BA (Hons), Adv Dip Hsc (Nutrition), Cert IV Dental Assisting

Allison is an experienced front office coordinator and qualified Dental Assistant who has worked in both general and specialty fields for 10 years. Allison has a Certificate III & IV in Dental Assisting and prior to her career in the dental industry, worked in the health, wellness & fitness industry as a supervisor and qualified massage therapist.

Allison goes above and beyond as Treatment Coordinator, arranging all aspects of patients’ treatment, always in a very professional and friendly manner.
